Refund policy
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At diegoarenas.co we sell exclusively digital products (eBooks, guides,
online courses, and downloadable materials). Due to the intangible and
instant-delivery nature of these products, the following policy applies:
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
All sales of digital products are final. Once payment is completed and
access to the product is delivered (via download, access link, or
credentials), no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You receive immediate access to digital content.
- You voluntarily waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with
applicable consumer protection regulations, including Article 16(m)
of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, Article 103.m of Spanish
Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, and equivalent provisions in other
jurisdictions.
- You understand that digital content, by its nature, cannot be "returned"
once accessed.
2. EXCEPTIONS
We will consider exceptional cases only in the following situations:
a) Technical issue on our side: if a failure on our platform prevents
you from accessing the product you purchased, and we are unable to
resolve it within 7 business days from your report, we will issue a
full refund.
b) Duplicate charge: if you were accidentally charged more than once for
the same product, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
c) Unauthorized transaction: if you can prove the purchase was made
without your authorization, please contact us immediately.
To request a review of any of these exceptions, write to [YOUR EMAIL]
within 7 calendar days of purchase, including:
- Order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
3. CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first
contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. In such cases, we
reserve the right to:
- Permanently revoke your access to the purchased product.
- Block your access to future purchases on diegoarenas.co.
- Pursue legal action to recover funds plus associated costs.
