  cooking, and marketing for chefs and food creatives

All products are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS

3.1. To make a purchase, you must be of legal age in your country of 
residence (18+ in most jurisdictions).

3.2. Prices are displayed in [YOUR DISPLAY CURRENCY] and include applicable 
taxes where required.

3.3. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and/or other third-party 
processors. We do not store your full payment card data.

3.4. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive:
   - A confirmation email with your order details.
   - An access link, download, or credentials for the purchased product.

3.5. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, contact us 
immediately at hello@diegoarenas.co.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE OF USE

4.1. All content sold on diegoarenas.co — including text, images, videos, 
graphic design, photographs, structure, and methodologies — is the 
intellectual property of Diego Arenas and is protected by international 
copyright law.

4.2. When you purchase a product, you acquire a personal, non-transferable, 
non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license for individual use. You may:

  ✓ Access the content from your personal devices.
  ✓ Use the knowledge to apply it to your own professional or business activity.

You may NOT:

  ✗ Share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reproduce the content in whole 
    or in part.
  ✗ Upload it to public or private platforms accessible to third parties.
  ✗ Use it to train artificial intelligence models.
  ✗ Translate or adapt the content for commercial purposes without written 
    authorization.
  ✗ Use our images, photographs, or branding elements without explicit 
    permission.

4.3. Violation of these license terms will result in immediate revocation 
of access, without refund, and may trigger legal action for damages.

5. NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

6. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Our products are educational and informational. They reflect the 
professional experience and opinions of Diego Arenas.

6.2. We do not guarantee specific financial, professional, or career 
results from the use of our products. Results depend on multiple factors 
beyond our control, including your effort, market context, and individual 
circumstances.

6.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is 
limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

6.4. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
arising from the use of our products.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

- Attempt to access protected areas of the site without authorization.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the site (DDoS, scraping, etc.).
- Impersonate other users or our brand.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

on the site. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any 
dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand, 
without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights that may 
apply in the buyer's country of residence.
