It all started with 800 fried eggs a day.

At 20, I arrived in Ibiza with no clear plan, ended up in the kitchen of a massive hotel, and without knowing it, ignited a passion that would change everything. From there to the kitchens of Barcelona — tapas bars, Michelin-starred restaurants, the relentless rhythm of someone who lives to cook.

But it was an unexpected discovery that rewrote my path: Food Styling. I realized I could apply everything I knew about cooking — the technique, the instinct, the way a chef thinks — but from the other side of the table. And that's exactly what I did.

I became a food stylist, co-founded Kema Food Culture (a food photography studio) and Kema Food Academy (a training school in Barcelona), working side by side with agencies like McCann and Ogilvy. At the same time, I built @thebestchefsoftheworld, a community of over 150,000 followers that brings together chefs, foodies, and gastronomers from around the world.

With my own studio, a deep command of composition, art direction and photographic technique, and an intimate understanding of how a cook thinks, I made the definitive leap into food photography. No half measures: my first session as a photographer was at a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Barcelona.

Today I live and work in Bangkok, recognized by industry experts as one of the most prominent food photographers in Asia. I have photographed legends such as Alain Ducasse, Mauro Colagreco, and Andreas Caminada. My work has been published in Forbes, Vogue, the Michelin Guide, 50 Best, The Best Chefs Awards, Prestige Magazine, and many more.

Throughout this journey I have also developed private mentorships for restaurants, chefs, and marketing agencies, helping them turn their visual communication into a real business tool — because a great image doesn't just look good, it sells.
